Conservation & Cuisine Gala

Saturday, January 26th, 2008

A decadent five-course meal, paired with exquisite wines, in the company of some of Calgary’s brightest…and all for a good cause! The second annual Conservation & Cuisine Gala was this and more, offering patrons a “Culinary Delight with the Cross Conservation.” This is the second time Brookline has partnered with the Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area, and the results were no less than fabulous.

The evening was hosted by Matt O’Neill of JackFM. Chef Michael Smith of The Food Network’s Chef at Home/Chef at Large returned to Calgary to dazzle us with his culinary creations, using the evening’s theme of conservation as his inspiration. And if that wasn’t enough, Mr. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gave an inspirational keynote speech about the importance of conservation. Brookline was honoured to work on the Conservation & Cuisine Gala for the second consecutive year, and would like to offer a big thank you to everyone who supported the event.
