Taking Flight: Brookline PR Partners with De Havilland Canada for Multi-Day Event

Posted on November 3, 2025

Part of the Brookline PR team took flight to Ottawa this fall to support De Havilland Canada (DHC) with a four-day event at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum, celebrating the legacy and future of Canadian aviation. Brookline was proud to partner with DHC to execute a series of events, including a brand launch, an exclusive evening celebration, guided tours and two days of media and public engagement that showcased DHC’s aircraft, past, present and future.

In preparation for the multi-day event, Brookline developed a comprehensive event plan outlining the creative concepts, run of shows and detailed floor plans to ensure seamless execution. Brookline’s design team collaborated closely with DHC to produce signage, invitations and storyboards that not only looked incredible, but also told a powerful story of DHC.

For the evening event, Brookline led coordination efforts across a multitude of vendors, from catering, audiovisual, signage, décor and overall event logistics. The team also managed guest registration and gift distribution, ensuring every touchpoint reflected DHC’s brand and attention to detail.

Brookline also played a key role in managing public and media flights aboard DHC’s Twin Otter aircraft. This included coordinating flight logistics, overseeing promotional advertising for public bookings, developing and distributing a media advisory and facilitating on-site check-in for media and guests. Through strategic planning and on-the-ground support, Brookline was honoured to help DHC deliver a multi-day celebration of Canadian aviation that left guests inspired and proud.
